There are currently 2 training courses available, depending on the level of skills and experience you currently have with LPG conversions.
Level 1 will be for participants will little or no experience or 6 days in length.
Level 3 will be for those experienced and currently practicing in LPG service, repair and installation but are unlicensed. This course does not provide any training, but rather an assessment only process. The process usually takes ½ a day.
It is a perquisite for undertaking the LPG training that each participant is licensed with the Motor Vehicle Repair Industry Authority (MVRIA) as a light vehicle motor mechanic. If you are not a licensed light vehicle motor mechanic please indicate the license that you hold on the application form and MTA NSW will contact you to discuss your training options.
