Building Towards the Future

MTA NSW was pleased to host the Hon. Chris Bowen MP, Federal Minister for Climate Change and Energy, and Dr Hugh McDermott MP state member for Prospect at the site of our state-of-the-art Electric Vehicle Training Facility at Girraween.

During their visit, Mr. Bowen and Dr McDermott spoke with CEO, Stavros Yallouridis and MTA NSW President John Young about Girraween Training Centre's role as a key facility for training current and future technicians in EV technology.

The goal for the new EV training facility is to become a key centre for training future electric vehicle technicians and support the industry as more people transition to EVs. We look forward to your support as the project progresses!
