for a letter outlining the recommendation by MTA NSW in relation to
consumers choosing an insurer who offers a genuine choice of repairer.
This letter can be used with your customers as appropriate.
MTA NSW recommends that as a valued MTA Member you advise your customers
to ensure their current policy, as outlined in the Product Disclosure
Statement (PDS) enables them to ‘Select a Repairer of their Choice’.
