MTA NSW Positions Vacant - Divisional Manager - Paint and Panel Division

Founded in 1910, MTA NSW is the peak voice for business owners and business principals in the NSW Automotive Industry.  We are currently seeking a highly experienced and polished professional who will manage and guide this specialised division comprised mainly of members from the Paint & Panel Repairers section of the automotive industry.

 In order to succeed in this role the successful incumbent must be able to demonstrate a high level of resilience and diplomacy along with a strong customer ethic coupled with a deep rooted sense of integrity, as they will need to balance the strong and tenacious voice of this division with the needs of the Association.  This role will be a key contributor to all strategic and business planning processes designed to meet the MTA’s objectives.

 Along with strong verbal and written communication skills, the right person will be competent in Microsoft Office, administration, and organisation skills, with the ability to work autonomously and contribute to the team as required.

 Ideally you will have many years experience in the automotive industry either as a panel shop manager, an automotive damage assessor or a background in automotive insurance assessment.  While not essential we will highly consider applicants with tertiary qualifications in business administration, communication, or related business and or finance fields.

The successful candidate will be required to successfully undertake a pre-employment medical and a Working With Children Check.  Some travel within NSW will be required.
