Welcome Human Resources and Office Manager

We are pleased to extend a warm welcome to our new Human Resources and Office Manager, Rita Haitas.
Rita brings a wealth of experience to MTA NSW, having held senior Human Resources roles with Qantas, Australia Post, Bank of Sydney, Serco Immigration Detention Centres and more recently, consulting within the building and construction industry and Ambulance NSW.
In addition to holding qualifications in Economics, HR and Adult Education (Corporate Training), Rita is also an accredited Executive Coach and Wellness/Nutrition Coach.
Rita’s knowledge, skills and experience will be very beneficial to MTA NSW and will provide our team with assistance in developing and growing the Association.
Rita will be primarily responsible for all MTA NSW Human Resources and Office related matters.
Rita is very excited to join our team and the staff looks forward to working closely with her as she settles into her role.
